Philosophy
In ITQAN, the programs follow an Islamic approach that is tarbiyyah-centered, whereby the transfer of knowledge (not content or information) forms the prerequisite for laying the foundations of taqwa in the heart of our children. Tarbiyyah which encompasses more than teaching includes a total and holistic development of the child focusing on the spiritual in order to produce a psychologically balanced, physically strong, emotionally and mentally stable child, insha-Allah. Discipline and adab is highly emphasized in creating a conducive and orderly environment for learning and mutual respect.
Tarbiyyah Approach
We use an Islamic approach of tarbiyyah when it comes to educating and nurturing the students. Our methodology includes the following:

Insha-Allah this combination will in turn enhance wisdom and the highest and most authentic knowledge leads to wisdom. For Muslims, wisdom is attained by thinking and developing the personality that is illuminated by Nur (light) of the Quran and the multi-dimensional personality of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.
