PARENTS SUPPORT GROUP

The advantage of having a small size school is that everyone knows one another. Thus allowing parents and teachers to come together as a family in making any school events successful.

PARENT SUPPORT GROUP

Any parents who has their child(ren) registered with the school is a member of the school Parent Support Group (PSG). However, it is up to the parents to actively participate with the school activities. Parents are welcome to volunteer with other parents in helping the school organizing any school events.

The relationship between all concerned parties in the Integrated Islamic school including the PSG must be cordial and not adversarial based on the spirit of ukhuwah, mahabbah and amanah.

The success of an integrated Islamic school is equally dependent on the positive participation of all stakeholders, i.e the owners, management, parents, students and community. To ensure that such structures work with the school, there is a need for a clear understanding of all respective roles.

Dynamic partnerships are fundamental if we wish to succeed in fulfilling its primary objective of producing Islamically  conscious children in an Islamic environment.

This distribution of responsibilities between all stakeholders is based on the concept of ‘al ahl wa al aqd’ where those with the necessary knowledge, experience and interest should volunteer or will be nominated to lead.

In this same light, the PSG then will focus to enrich co curricular (non policy) areas of the school.
